Euuhhh ..... hmmmm. Well, besides my pti job, school, my family, furry and mundane (is that the correct term ?) friends and spending time with Priam there is not a lot of time remaining ! *rire* ^*^

I ride my horse, have a dog (really my brother's but he is with me now. ) a cat that owns me and now two gerbils. It is like a zoo at chez moi !

I was raised around music and sing in a small group and play the piano and a little rhythm guitar. I prefer to sing.

Painting is also something that I enjoy but I not do this as often as I like. I have three round canvases outlined with Celtic symbols that I am doing in oils but this is taking me foreved to complete !!!

I've also taken a liking for cons and fur-meets. I'll be going to my second con in November. I had a blast at AC and with Aoi, Rimou and Priam en Brest. Usually I am a little timid but with my friends I feel braver.

Well, I had some years of classical training (Papa's idea ... ) but rebelled and sang in gothic/metal groups. Really because my friends had groups and needed a female voice. I still head out when needed but am really leaning towards working with a small Celtic group now. I adore this genre of music. Being half Bretonne, a quarter Irish and a quarter Scottish this was always being played at my parents house.

*rit* It is a shame ... my painting that is. I have a small room that my easel is set up in and it seems that the sheet hangs over the canvas more often than not. I don't like to rush in, mix the paints and commence when I realize that I have precious few moments. Also, I like to be "in the mood". You know, time on my hands, lovely music ... a calm, creative mood.

Hah ! Fat chance with the way life has been going lately !!! *euh*

I really prefer to stay with the ancient symbols; the triskel, Kerlune, etc. I've attached one, the triskel, that I use as a reference.

In my house growing up my full-blooded French/Bretonne mother (and grandmother - a former Lycee teacher from Quimpers, very strict !!!) would argue with my stubbon half-Scot and half-Irish father. Pretty much a truce was reached to agree that we children (me and my two brothers) are full-Celt.

Really a silly thing to get hung-up about but hey, how often are family arguments about anything logical ?

Yes ! I am familiar with these artists. Right now I am into Faun, Loreena McKennit and Qntal. Really I am open to any traditional Breton or UK Celt music.

BTW Celtic = awesome, taste, taste and more taste...the Triskelion appears in some way shape or form in about half my art it seems.
